1. Cycle 500 km between midnight on December 24 and midnight on December 31, regardless of the number of rides. Rides alone or in a group are permitted.
2. Indoor kilometers (roller, smart trainer, Zwift, etc.) do not count.
3. E-bikes/pedelecs are not permitted; only muscle-powered bikes of any kind.
4. Proof of the rides completed in a suitable form (e.g., fitness apps such as Strava, komoot, RWGPS, etc., screenshots, photo documentation, etc.).
